With a background in K-12 Education and Fine Arts, I excel in uncovering insights, delivering visually polished work, and empowering my team through shared design knowledge.
While creating user flows, and wireframing to building user interface mockups and prototypes, my priority is to envision how people will experience my products that feels inspired, refined, and even magical.

In 2019, while studying Graphic Design and User Experience Design at Santa Monica College, I received a scholarship to work and study in Spain while teaching English in the K-12 education system.
From this experience, I discovered that my passion is to help the people around me grow through the power of shared knowledge.
After returning from my teaching position Spain I wanted blend my love for teaching and design by co-developed an upper-division university course on Product Design fundamentals at CSU Dominguez Hills.
Here I created lessons that emphasizing user-centered design principles to ensure that my students designs were easy to use, delightful, and most important equitable.
In 2022 I joined Tinder where I quickly shipped features that drove revenue metrics, including: 'Just For You' and 'Spotify Premium for Tinder Subscribers.'
Additionally, I collaborated with product, research, marketing, and other functions to identify user and business needs.
In summer 2023 I rejoined Tinder as Trust & Safety Product Design Intern, designing safety features to protect vulnerable users including LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and female users.
Working closely with Engineering I ensured high-quality implementation of my designs through comprehensive documentation and QA sessions.
Eager to grow, I participated in the end-to-end redesigned UCLA Library's Film and Television Archive website improving usability and accessibility for our users.
While working for a dating app and a university library may seem like polar opposites, I learned that no matter the domain, empathizing with users and stakeholders drive successful product development.
